Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce health and safety policies in compliance with government regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and address workplace hazards.
• Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate health and safety training programs for employees and management.
• Ensure proper documentation of safety measures, compliance audits, and incident reports.
• Maintain updated knowledge of DOLE and OSH standards applicable to construction projects.
• Promote a culture of safety through regular communication and engagement with staff.
• Act as a liaison with government agencies during inspections or compliance activities.
