Qualifications & Requirements

Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our facility in FPIP, Santo Tomas, Batangas (open to local residents or those willing to relocate).

Education: Graduate of a Bachelor's degree (Electronics, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Technology preferred).

DOLE Certification: Must hold a valid Safety Officer 2 (SO2) designation with an official 40-hour BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certificate.

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of workplace safety experience within an electronics, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing plant.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of hazardous materials handling (RoHS/REACH compliance knowledge is a major asset) and standard industrial cleanroom classifications.

Soft Skills: Excellent technical writing skills for safety documentation and clear communication for leading technical safety briefings.
