Position Overview

            Main Duties of a Construction Safety Officer   1. Site Safety Management   Ensure all construction activities comply with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act , MOM regulations , and company safety policies. 
Conduct daily site safety inspections  and identify unsafe practices or conditions. 
Stop work immediately if serious safety violations or life‑threatening conditions are observed. 
Monitor high‑risk activities such as lifting operations, confined space entry, hot works, and work‑at‑height. 
 2. Safety Documentation & Reporting   Prepare and maintain Safety Reports , Risk Assessments (RA) , Safe Work Procedures (SWP) , and Permit‑to‑Work (PTW)  records. 
Keep updated records of accident reports , near‑miss incidents , and safety statistics .
