Position Overview

            Safety Management Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures. 
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. 
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 
Risk Assessment Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential hazards. 
Ensure proper implementation of control measures to manage identified risks. 
Maintain and update the Risk Assessment Register. 
Training and Awareness Organize and conduct safety training sessions and toolbox meetings for employees and contractors. 
Promote a culture of safety through awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives. 
Ensure all workers are adequately informed about emergency procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
