Position Overview

            Understand and effectively implement the organization’s SHMS at the site 
Plan, organize and manage EHS promotional activities within the site to cultivate good EHS practices; 
Provide reasonably practicable and effective EHS recommendations to team members to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements; 
Motivate, coach and counsel on EHS matters to site workforce on an on-going basis with particular regard for recalcitrant personnel; 
Co-ordinate the work of team members, allocate tasks and provide effective supervision; 
Led the risk assessment team at the site; 
Participate as a risk management team member in the corporate RM organization; 
Brief project manager/ project team periodically on the execution status of the overall safety program; 
Carry out safety orientations and conduct daily safety toolbox meetings (if required); 
Conduct monthly EHS Committee meetings with Subcontractors
