Safety Officer (UAE National)

Dubai, Sharjah – UAE

Parsons is looking for an HSE Officer (UAE Nationals) to join our team. In this role you will provide HSE support and guidance to construction and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and compliance with government regulations, OSHAD, and company HSE policies.
• Support construction and project teams with HSE guidance, inspections, safety walk‑downs, and participation in HSE meetings and campaigns.
• Conduct HSE inductions and safety awareness sessions for workers and visitors.
• Assist in incident/near‑miss investigations, reporting hazards, and coordinating corrective actions with contractors and the HSE team.
• Promote a “Zero Accidents” culture by identifying unsafe conditions, recommending practical solutions, and recognizing good HSE performance.
