This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of the Video Management System (VMS) its integrations and the related security infrastructure. You will act as the primary liaison with the client, oversee compliance and auditing, and deliver comprehensive service management including detailed reporting to maintain the highest service and security standards.
