Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is looking for a Safety Specialist B to support our government customer located in Kekaha, Hawai'i.

Under close supervision, prepares, coordinates, implements, and monitors environmental, safety and health (ESH) policies, plans, and procedures to assure the maximum safety of personnel, equipment, and property.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Assists in providing OSHA, HAZMAT, HAZWASTE, and other related EHS training to employees.
+ Assist in collecting shipping and coordinate samples for analysis. Monitor and document results. Note: if Employee is required to certify and ship Hazmat Material, it is understood that he/she will be upgraded to an SA-4 Hazmat Certifier/Shipper. ...
