Newly created position!Must have at least two years of plant safety experience with industrial manufacturing operations along with a bachelor’s degree in safety or related technical field.This position will be part of the EHS Department, reports to the EHS Manager and supports an (800) employee plant. Member of a (5) person EHS department and reports to the plant EHS Manager.

This role will work closely with facility supervisors and support them through training in areas of investigations (ID root cause, make recommendations) and behavioral training related to human performance safety issues.Focus on safety prevention versus reaction.This is a fast-paced and challenging production facility due to the complexity of their operations.
