**Pay Range: 18-22**

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lift spotting duties
+ Monitor equipment
+ Enforce safety rules
+ Communicate hazards
+ Guide operators
+ Prevent injuries
+ Night shift work
+ 3–4 week project
+ Sunday–Thursday schedule
+ 9pm–6am shift

**Requirements:**

+ Strong safety focus
