**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Safety Technician** to support safety initiatives within our PCS Operations team. The Safety Technician plays a critical role in promoting a strong safety culture by ensuring employees and contractors comply with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements, company policies, and established operating procedures. This position requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, conducting field observations, leading safety initiatives, investigating incidents, and partnering with operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong safety knowledge with mechanical aptitude and the ability to effectively engage employees, contractors, and leadership teams.
