Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex components per assembly drawings/bill of material
- Perform functional testing on assemblies
- Test assemblies per customer and/or division criteria
- Operate test equipment in compliance with engineering standards
- Apply settings, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools
- Perform torquing of various components
- Distribute quality notifications (qn's)
- Repair safety relief valves to National Board VR Code
- Test safety valves with air, water, & steam
- Read and interpret manufacturers drawings and spring charts
