Purpose

The Technical Driver Facilitator is responsible for designing and delivering high‑quality, accredited driver training programmes that enhance driver competence, promote safe driving behaviour, and reduce transport‑related risk. This role focuses on facilitation, coaching, and assessment, ensuring learners are supported throughout their learning journey while meeting all SAQA, SETA, and QCTO compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, learner‑centred theoretical and practical training sessions
• Apply modern adult learning methodologies to accommodate diverse learners
• Conduct competency‑based assessments and compile Portfolios of Evidence (POEs)
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to learners
• Ensure full compliance with SAQA, SETA, QCTO, and internal quality standards
• Adapt training delivery for different learning styles, languages, and experience levels
