JOB TITLE: SAGE Platform Support Co-Ordinator MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Platform Support Co-Ordinator role is expected to develop best practices, refine operational procedures and constantly innovate proactively.

Continuously identify areas of efficiency and automation within the existing frameworks, tools and processes.

The role will be responsible for identifying and scoping development requirement and liaising with 3rd party developers as well as managing the overall development process.

The role oversees all the technical aspects of the existing Group Business Platforms and provides technical support to end users.

The Group Business Platform that this role will be responsible for is SAGE X3 and SAGE 300 People.
