Key Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience implementing and supporting Sage X3 ERP
• Solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution modules
• Business process analysis and optimisation experience
• Requirements gathering and solution design
• Configuration and customisation of Sage X3
• Experience with Sage X3 development tools and 4GL scripting
• Data migration, integration, and system upgrades
• User training and stakeholder engagement
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Report writing and dashboard development
• Knowledge of SQL databases and database management
• Experience working on ERP implementation projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Project management and documentation experience
