As a SAICA Trainee Accountant, your role is designed to offer you comprehensive training and mentorship as you develop key accounting and financial management skills. Over the course of the three-year program, your responsibilities will evolve from basic tasks to more advanced functions, with a gradual reduction in supervision, allowing you to take on increasing responsibility and independence.

Client Services: Assist with preparing supporting schedules and compiling basic financial statements under supervision. Provide limited assistance with independent review working papers and report to seniors. Help prepare and develop templates for financial gap analysis, completing sections for senior review.
