About the role

The SaikindōBartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.

Location

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
• Serve a variety of beverages and maintain excellent knowledge of the beverage menu.
• Develop complete knowledge of all products offered by the bar, including wines, cocktails, beers, Armagnacs, cognacs, spirits and other beverages.
• Perform all opening and closing tasks at the bar and set up tables to required standards.
• Have detailed knowledge of all menu items, whether food or beverages.
• Tidy up and clean the bar area during service hours.
