Resolves technical issues related to SailPoint IAM configurations, integrations, and workflows. Accountable for configurations across various environments and provide post-deployment support. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to IdentityNow NERM setup, integrations, and workflows. Implement the non-employee risk module specifically for contractors, managing their unique workflows.
