About the Position

Gianni’s at the Villa Casa Casuarina is seeking an experienced Salad Cook (Ensaladera) to join our high-volume, fine-dining kitchen. This is not an entry-level role. Our line regularly handles 500–800 covers in a single night, and we need cooks who can execute with speed, precision, and consistency.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain a fully stocked and organized salad/cold station.

Prepare salads, cold appetizers, dressings, and garnishes quickly and consistently.

Prep vegetables, lettuces, fruits, herbs, and station items with precision.
