Position Overview

Sale Executive (E-Commerce and Retail Shop) Scope of Work
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service in e-commerce and shop.
  • Operate cash registers, scanners, and other equipment to process customer purchases.
  • Handle sales transactions, operate cash registers, scanners and ensure proper accounting for money and orders.
  • Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and front-faced.
  • Assist in unloading product deliveries and stocking shelves.
  • Stock checking and ordering prior to low stock level.
  • Responsible for product ordering, receiving and inventory updating.
  • Manage e-commerce orders, print air ways for stock picking, customer chatting and replying.
  • Upload and unload stock for picking and packing e-commerce orders Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Shopify.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures....
