Responsibilities - Manage the shared mailbox and prioritize urgent email and fax requests in a timely manner.
- Issue Delivery Orders (DOs) and cash invoices accurately and promptly.
- Monitor outstanding or pending enquiries and follow up with third‑party vendors on product‑related matters.
- Verify Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy , including pricing, stock availability, terms, and shipping conditions.
