Role Purpose
The Sales Admin Executive exists to serve as the operational backbone for our Account Management team in the BDaaS division. By owning all administrative, email, and follow-up tasks on behalf of the AMs, this role ensures that our Account Managers can dedicate 100% of their productive time to client calls and pipeline management — with zero administrative distraction.
This is a high-impact, coordination-heavy role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, takes ownership of tasks without being asked twice, and communicates proactively.

Key Responsibilities
Email Management
Monitor and manage inbound emails across all the Account Manager inboxes on a daily basis
Triage, categorise, and prioritise emails based on urgency and client importance
Draft and send professional responses on behalf of Account Managers for routine and follow-up communications
Ensure no client email goes unanswered beyond agreed SLA timeframes
