Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
β’ Assist Area Managers (AM) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) in preparing sales reports and presentations.
β’ Process expense reconciliation and ensure timely submission of financial documentation.
β’ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and distributor performance.
2. Consultant Support:
β’ Develop basic online and offline business tools to support consultants under the guidance of AM/ASM.
β’ Provide fundamental content creation support (e.g., writing captions, creating simple visuals) to enhance distributor engagement.
β’ Support independent Tiro's client leaders with tools and resources to help them achieve their goals.
3. Event Organization:
β’ Organize branch-level events to promote brand awareness and distributor engagement.
