OverviewThis role is responsible for supporting the PBNA Retail team with all sales support activities, including (but not limited to) pricing updates, small account TPM setup & maintenance, customer masterdata maintenance and customer portal update.
ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities
Building and maintaining TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio and settlementsProcess Customer Master data and Pricing request, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreementsMaintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and Pricing on systemContinuous improvement recommendations and implementationMaintain SOP documentation for all activities QualificationsDegree qualified in Business / CommerceExceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audienceGood Data and Analytical skills
