Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Assist in qualifying leads and gathering basic technical requirements for electrical and mechanical projects 
Conduct initial customer engagement to understand needs and project scope 
Prepare quotations, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and basic technical proposals using standard templates 
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to verify specifications, pricing, and project timelines 
Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system 
Organize and manage technical and commercial documentation (drawings, datasheets, proposals, contracts) 
Support tender submissions and ensure compliance with documentation requirements 
Liaise with Accounts to provide necessary documents (POs, DOs, approvals) for invoicing and payment tracking 
Assist in order processing and ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
