Position Overview

            Job Descriptions  Oversee end-to-end order management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment from order receipt through to delivery. 
Review and validate quotations, sales reports, and contractual documentation prepared by the team to ensure compliance with company standards. 
Liaise closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to optimise delivery schedules and proactively resolve fulfilment issues. 
Prepare quotations and answer customer enquiries. 
Ensure orders are processed according to customer requirements, and all orders are accurate and delivered on time. 
Contact customers to arrange appointments and support Sales Representatives with documentation, quotations and other materials. 
Develop and maintain new systems to keep sales records and prepare reports. 
Be familiar with the website processes to attend to customers’ questions regarding the website.
