Salary: $2200 - $2700 + Commission

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am to 6pm / Saturday 8:45am to 1:15pm
Requirements - Minimum 1 year experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Comfortable learning and using online portals and CRM systems.
- Comprehensive product, system, and sales process training will be provided.
Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management - Contact existing Telco customers whose contracts are approaching expiry.
- Advise customers on their upcoming contract renewal options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal decisions.
