Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure document are updated and communicate information to operation team
  • Perform task such as sending inquiry, issue Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice.
  • Communicate with customers through Email/Phones. to achieve and meet customer requirements
  • Laise with various team to fulfil customer’s order when needed
  • Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
  • With 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment
  • Able to adapt into a fast paced yet meticulous role
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 5.30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
