Position Overview

Sales Administrator

Our client is currently hiring for the position of Sales Administrator.

Responsibilities:

β€’ Supporting Sales Team as necessary through direct relations with customers, Vendors, suppliers and related parties.

β€’ Work with Sales Managers to monitor, update and report the status of sales orders for both active and forecasted sales orders, and where necessary take necessary actions.

β€’ Expediting the order ensuring customer delivery expectations are met.

β€’ Create and maintain sales orders/quotes and all relevant files upon request by Sales Manager(s).

β€’ Vendor PO creation and follow up.

β€’ Service Order preparation, periodical commercial report preparation, service order invoice support.

β€’ Obtain necessary pricing quotations from third party suppliers.

β€’ Ensure data integrity in ERP system through weekly and monthly reporting.
