The Role:
The purpose of this role is to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.Duties:
Coordinate and process sales orders
Maintain and update customer records
Generate quotes, invoices, and reports
Respond to customer inquiries
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams
Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 5pm | Hybrid Working 2 days in office 3 days at home
Length of contract: 3-6 monthsinitially with the possibility of further extension/permanency
