We are looking for a Customer Service professional to support our clients sales team and manage customer accounts. This role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

The Role: Manage customer accounts Handle customer enquiries, delivery queries, and complaints. Obtain supplier prices and lead times and prepare quotations. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Monitor stock levels and customer demand to help ensure product availability. Send product samples to customers and follow up when required.
