Key Responsibilities:
- Daily activities look like: getting sales orders, creating quotes, following the process and have initiative to make follow ups until releasing of POs
- Customer interactions: emails, video calls, and chats with US Sales team (internal) and involvement in client conversations Globally (US, Asia, Europe)
- Make effective follow ups to clients when needed
- Suggest improvements on processes when necessary
