About the job Sales Administrator (Paarden Eiland, Cape Town)

KEY RESPONSIBILES

• Ensure all wholesale orders are attended to on a daily basis
• Go through outstanding PROs and follow up with customers
• Batching of invoices
• Liaise with the warehouse team daily regarding outstanding picks
• Reconciling of purchase orders and GRNs
• Liaise with transporters regarding cost and deliveries
• Ensure customers are advised of new stock ranges and promotions
• Provide general sales support to customers and agents
• On weekends and whenever required, assist on the sales floor with retail sales.
• Perform any other task as requested by management

• Grade 12
• Two years + experience in internal sales
• Experience working in the wholesale/distribution industry
