Position Overview

TheSalesAdministrator is responsible for processing customer sales orders and managing the processthrough todelivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through operational expertise. This role interacts with bothcommercial andsupplyoperationalteams, working closelywiththe relevantCommercialAssistants andSupplyChainAdministrators. 

Main Accountabilities

Ensure correct and timely customer sales order processing:

  • Process sales orders in the Azelis ERPsystem,useMetaMazewhere available. Advise Commercial Assistantsof any deviations (price issues,dates,regulatory ...). Request order release to Credit Control.Confirm ordersand send order confirmations tocustomers.

  • Followuponopencustomerorders and ensure proper daily update of backorder lines, use Workspacefor efficientdeviation detection and transaction prioritization. Interact with Supply ChainAdministrators to ensure goods’availability.Advise the Commercial Assistants onany blocking po...
