Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and help customer management teams with Sales Administration.
  • Use strong knowledge of Tiger policies, processes and capabilities to ensure that Sales Administration are always in order and in line with all Tiger Internal Controls (Policies & SOPs).
  • Understand the categories and their respective customer dealings and operations to enable quick response and proactiveness to the category and customer daily needs.
  • Issue reference numbers for Trade Management claims for Independent Customers and offer approvals.
  • Manage All Trade Marketing and Tally Trackers Loading of deals on deal sheet, check pricing mandates and update deal sheet.
  • Manage pricing – Load pricing on Customer portals.
  • Order management such as pricing queries.
  • Manage pricing increase documents for each Customer.
  • Load new products in Customer documents and systems.
