Position Overview

1. Support daily sales operations, including sales order processing and coordination.

2. Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and delivery timelines.

3. Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

4. Prepare and maintain sales reports, shipment tracking records, and marketing-related data.

5. Assist in marketing activities, campaign coordination, and promotional material preparation.

Nice to have:

1. 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

2. Proficient in MS Office, with basic data processing skills.

3. Proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and good team collaboration awareness.

4. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese.

  • Workplace Type: Hybrid, work in the office 2 to 3 days a week
  • Working Time: 9:30am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday
