Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a highly regarded client of ours, located in Southampton. Representing a new and emerging brand to hit the UK market. This position serves as a permanent opportunity for someone to join a team, providing essential administrative support to the sales department.
Our client seeks someone with motor trade experience as a Vehicle Sales or Fleet administrator.
Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
Coordinate with the sales team to process vehicle orders according to sales orders.
Handle all pre-delivery related administrative tasks efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team and Sales Manager to finalise sales invoicing, ensuring comprehensive cost inclusion.
Input vehicle job sheet details into the Pinnacle system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pre-delivery work hours.
