Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment & Placement Executive to manage domestic helper recruitment, placement, and work pass applications, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment and placement process for Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs) to meet employer needs.
- Assess employer requirements and recommend suitable candidates based on job fit and client expectations.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessments to ensure quality placements.
- Coordinate deployment, transfer, onboarding, and repatriation arrangements to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Work Permit, and related MOM applications to ensure timely approvals.
