Sales and Customer Service Associate

Giannotti & Associates is growing and actively seeking motivated, service-oriented sales professionals to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Associates.

This is an on-site position based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Candidates should currently reside in Georgia and be able to work on-site at our office.

This is an entry-level, phone-based position centered around inbound client consultations. You will speak with individuals who have expressed interest in coverage options, provide clear information, answer questions, and guide them through enrollment decisions in a professional office environment.
