In this role you will: - Engage new and existing customers via non face-to-face channels on their loan and credit card needs
- Identify and recommend the best loan and cards arrangement base on customer needs
- Supported by digital journeys, to assist customer to complete the application and onboarding process
- Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service
- Meet HSBC compliance and control standards
