For our outlet in Palma, we are looking for you as a part-time Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met.
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed.
• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look.
• Develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Enjoy selling our product while engaging with valued customers.

Profile

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible.
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
• Fluent in Spanish; English is advantageous.
