SALES ASSISTANT
What You Will Do
Greet customers, offer assistance, answer questions about products, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
Process payments using cash registers /or point-of-sale systems
Restock shop, maintain proper display appearances, and assist with inventory counts and placement of new items or depleted items in the shop floor
Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly and professionally
Maintaining price labels and ensuring they are correct
Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized
Participating in Marketing events in the store
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge about products and services offered by the store and be able to recommend items to customers
Ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines
