Job Description
As the Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying sales and purchase contracts, ensuring data consistency and timely processing.
What you’re responsible for:
- Entering sales and purchase contracts into the system accurately and efficiently;
- Verifying all entered orders for consistency and accuracy;
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors promptly;
- Coordinating daily administrative and clerical tasks for the department;
- Processing and pricing shipping tickets for Montreal and Laval;
- Updating market prices for incoming orders;
- Maintaining well-organized, up-to-date records of all processed orders.
