Job Description

1. Assist on the monitoring of PHILGEPS for bidding opportunity and work with the preparation and administration of bidding documents.

2. Maintains data quality standards and ensures data integrity.

3. Process product sample request of field sales personnel for approval of Regulatory Compliance Officer and monitor usage.

4. Ensure the availability and monitor the issuance of marketing collaterals to field sales personnel.

5. Assist in the organization in conducting technology seminars for government personnel, academe, research groups, distributors, farmers’ cooperatives, and farmers.

6. Attends trade shows, exhibits and travels as may be assigned.

7. Provides supports in the day-to-day business as first level support for sales personnel.

8. Assist for online sales and accommodate inquiries of the customers (passing by, online, phone calls).
