Luhta Brand Store – Sello, Espoo

Luhta Brand Store offers a wide selection of casual wear for both women and men, with a focus on practicality and style for outdoor and leisure activities. We are seeking a sales associate for our Espoo location to work 30 hours per week on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and uphold the chain's customer promise and satisfaction goals.
• Implement the sales process in line with the company's sales model.
• Assist customers with clothing, footwear, and accessory selections across women’s and men’s lines.
• Maintain daily store routines and perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Legal age and fluent in Finnish.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Energetic, service‑oriented, proactive, and responsible.
