Key Responsibilities

• Sales performance & customer service:
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Assist clients with high‑standard customer service.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
  • Adapt approach to client needs and motivations.
  • Assist and support after‑sales clients per Maison values.
• Stock management and merchandising:
  • Provide feedback on processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
  • Actively participate in visual merchandising, including floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
  • Assist in inventory processes, including stock counting and special projects.
  • Assist in completing price changes within the boutique when required.
