Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Backend Ops Executive – Loans. The role involves supporting the sales team with -

1. end-to-end loan processing, including document collection, verification, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.
2. The executive will maintain accurate records in internal systems, track application status, and ensure timely updates to the sales team and clients.
3. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing loan files, following up on pending requirements, resolving operational issues, and helping streamline processes for multiple loan products (business loans, LAP, mortgage, working capital, home loans, and related services).
4. The role includes the QC of the file from log in to disbursement
