Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Manage B2B and B2C seafood sales across the UAE
• Handle seafood sourcing, procurement, supplier selection, and vendor management
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
• Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and food service customers
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams for smooth order execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the seafood trading industry
• Strong UAE market exposure with an established customer network
