Key Responsibilities
Sales Target & Compensation Management
Own the setup, maintenance, and governance of sales compensation plans and quotas Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to define, review, and update sales targets and attainment models Manage data uploads, workflows, and validations in Spiff (or other ICM tools) Maintain detailed documentation for compensation logic, crediting rules, and exception handling Support quarterly and annual incentive plan refreshes and validate commission payouts Support configuration, rollout, and user training for the sales compensation tool (Spiff) Sales Performance Reporting & Analytics
