In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process for both Canada and the U.S. This role involves executing the U.S. Variable Pay Program and validating compensation logic for performance-driven outcomes. Collaborate closely with Sales Ops and HR, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of hires and terminations while maintaining audit frameworks.
